By accessing or using Studio 5's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Studio Rental Services

Studio 5 provides professional studio rental services including:

• Photography studio space
• Video production facilities
• Podcast recording studios
• Music production suites
• Professional equipment rental
• 24/7 access (subject to booking)

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment terms:

• Full payment is required at the time of booking
• We accept major credit cards and electronic payments
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund
• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount

4. Equipment Use and Liability

Users are responsible for:

• Proper use of all equipment
• Reporting any damage or malfunctions immediately
• Reimbursing Studio 5 for any damage caused by negligence or misuse
• Following all safety guidelines and instructions

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal activities or content production
• Unauthorized access to restricted areas
• Removal of equipment from the premises
• Smoking or use of open flames
• Excessive noise that disturbs other tenants
• Any activity that damages property or equipment

6. Intellectual Property

All content created in our studio belongs to the client. Studio 5 retains no rights to client-produced content unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Studio 5 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
